Sanjay Kumar Rohilla was a resident of Najafgarh and also owns an office nearby. Rohilla had left for his office exactly a week ago and had not returned home since.
On Wednesday night, the neighbours of B-12, Shyam Vihar, called cops as a foul smell was coming out of the flat.
The door was found locked and when cops broke in, they found the highly-decomposed body in several parts.
Cops said there was blood all over the room with stains found on a shallow pan (tasla) and a sharp-edged weapon kept nearby.
The identification of the victim was made from his car insurance papers that were found lying on a nearby table, covered neatly with a polythene sheet.
