Over the weekend of March 31 to April 1 period, Vistara had a number of disruptions. Earlier this week, aviation regulator DGCA asked the airline to submit a daily report on flight cancellations and delays.
The full-service carrier has been grappling with the issue of first officers of its A320 fleet reporting sick in the last few weeks to protest against reduction in their emoluments due to new contracts, sources said.
Vistara currently operates daily flights from Mumbai and Delhi to Male along with other airlines like Air India, IndiGo, and SpiceJet.
According to reports, Vistara could not operate one flight from Bagdogra due to which a fine was imposed on the airline.
Muscat is the fourth destination in the Gulf region for Vistara, which is a joint venture between Tatas and Singapore Airlines.

The 'Fly With The Best' sale would be from 0001 hours till 2359 hours on Wednesday. The bookings would be for travel between September 27, 2018 and April 10, 2019, it said in a release.
