The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Saturday will launch new housing scheme for sale of over 1,200 flats. Few days ago, the highest decision-making body of the DDA gave its nod to the new online housing scheme of the urban body, officials said.
The highest decision-making body of the DDA on Wednesday gave its nod to the new online housing scheme of the urban body that is planned to be launched next year. About 1,210 flats will be on offer under the scheme for various category of flats at locations such as Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri and Vasant Kunj.
The Delhi Development Authority had allowed people to visit sample flats available in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj and Narela residential areas. As many as 17,922 flats were on offer in the scheme, which closed on May 10, 2019.
The 12,617 flats across four income categories are located in Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Pitampura, Paschim Vihar and Siraspur.
Most of the flats are in Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Pitampura and Paschir Vihar. All the flats have been made with green technologies.
