Unnao rape case: A division bench of Justices Siddharth Mridul and Talwant Singh had directed to list the matter before any other bench, not comprising Justice Singh.
Notably, the Unnao rape case refers to the incident where a 17-yr-old girl was gangraped and former BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar was convicted in the case.
Apart from Kuldeep Sengar, five other accused were also discharged from the court after observing that prima facie there is no evidence against these accused persons

A Delhi court is scheduled to pronounce on Monday its judgement in the case of alleged kidnapping and rape of a woman by expelled BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in Unnao in 2017.
