Rajya Sabha passes bill to evict MPs living in government houses illegally

It has already been passed by the Lok Sabha. Replying to the discussion on the bill, the Minister said that the amendment being brought is a very limited one and relates to the public premise for residential accommodation. It applies to members of Parliament, government officers and employees.
