The CBI and Enforcement Directorate (ED) are probing the case and had named Lalu Prasad, his wife and former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, their son Tejashwi Yadav and others as accused in the chargesheet
The case is related to alleged irregularities in granting the operational contract of two IRCTC hotels to a private firm.
Remarking on the ruling alliance's decision to share 50-50 seats in the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha polls, Lalu' official handle termed the two parties 'Patlimar' and 'Kaltimar' (Turncoat and Cheater).
He said that Yadavs in Bihar never trusted Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and there was still a big disconnect and trust deficit exist between Nitish Kumar and the Yadav community.
Tej Pratap said a man with a weapon approached him on the pretext of shaking hands with him during visit to his constituency Mahua.
On August 17, the Jharkhand High Court extended the provisional bail of Lalu Prasad.
Lalu Prasad Yadav has been convicted in four cases of the multi-crore rupees fodder scam, that involved illegal withdrawal of money from government treasuries.
Special Judge Arvind Kumar has directed them to appear before the court on August 31.
His remark came days after Prasad's younger son Tejashwi Yadav had dismissed Kumar's gesture as a "late courtesy call" in a tweet on June 27 after the RJD supremo underwent a fistula surgery at a Mumbai-based hospital.
On March 16, Yadav was granted release order by trial courts from jail in accordance with the Jharkhand High Court's verdict, providing him provisional bail in all three cases of fodder scam on medical grounds.

The RJD supremo, who is serving sentences in a number of fodder scam cases, is also scheduled to complete formalities for availing a six-week provisional bail granted to him by the Jharkhand High Court.
Brother Tejashwi, who was seen at the forefront at every family function, posted a video on Twitter where he was seen grooving alongwith Tej Pratap.
Bihar Governor Satya Pal Mallik, Union minister Ram Vilas Paswan, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and other leaders were in attendance to bless the couple.

Lalu could not attend his son's engagement ceremony on April 18 following which Tej Pratap had tweeted “Miss you PAPA”.
Tej Pratap Yadav, a sitting MLA and former state minister, will tie the knot with Aishwarya Rai, daughter of RJD legislator Chandrika Rai, on May 12 in Patna.
