Poland, Jun14: Czech Republic goalkeeper Petr Cech says he should be fit play in Saturday's decisive Group A match against Poland at the European Championship following a shoulder injury.
Cech said Thursday he is satisfied that his condition has improved and “I should be 100 percent fit.”
Cech, who underwent light training at the team's base in Wroclaw, says he plans to resume full training on Friday. He picked up the injury in Tuesday's 2-1 victory over Greece in Group A.
However, captain Tomas Rosicky is still doubtful after picking up an Achilles tendon injury in the same match.
A win for either team would qualify it for the quarterfinals.
