Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) won the Indian Premier League (IPL) for the first time in 18 years. They defeated the Punjab Kings by six runs in the final played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Let us have a look at the top five run-scorers of RCB this season.
Virat Kohli finished IPL 2025 as the highest run-scorer of RCB. He amassed 657 runs in 15 innings at an average of 54.75 and a strike rate of 144.71 with eight fifties to his name. Even in the final, he was the top-scorer, mustering 43 runs off 35 balls.

Phil Salt, Kohli's opening partner, ended as the second leading run-scorer for the IPL 2025 champions. He smacked 403 runs in 13 matches at an average of 33.58 and a strike rate of 175.98 with four fifty-plus scores.

RCB captain Rajat Patidar wasn't in great form this season. He batted in 14 innings and scored 312 runs at an average of 24 and a strike rate of 143.77 with only two fifties. More than runs, his leadership qualities were hailed by many as he led RCB to their maiden IPL title in his first year as captain.

Jitesh Sharma played a massive role in RCB becoming champions in IPL 2025. He batted down the order most of the time and scored 261 runs in 11 innings at an average of 37.28 and a strike rate of 176.35. He smacked 24 fours and 17 sixes and his best score of the season was 85*.

Devdutt Padikkal was unlucky to get ruled out of IPL 2025 in the middle of the season. He played 10 matches for the franchise and scored 247 runs at an average of 27.44 and a strike rate of 15.6 with two fifties. The left-hander smacked 21 fours and 14 sixes during his time in the middle.
