Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor: This flagship project spans approximately 508 kilometers, linking Mumbai in Maharashtra to Ahmedabad in Gujarat. Designed for speeds up to 320 km/h, the corridor will feature 12 stations, including key stops at Thane, Surat, and Vadodara. Construction is actively underway, with the initial Gujarat section expected to be operational by the end of 2027 and full completion anticipated by 2028.

Delhi–Varanasi High-Speed Rail Corridor: Envisioned to cover approximately 865 kilometers, this corridor will connect the national capital to the spiritual city of Varanasi via key cities like Agra and Lucknow. Trains on this route are projected to travel at speeds up to 320 km/h, significantly reducing travel time between these major urban centers. The Detailed Project Report (DPR) is currently under preparation.
