One of the most sought-after actors of the industry Shahid Kapoor decided to get married outside the industry and find the love of her life in Mira Rajput.
The couple got married in a low-key marriage at a farmhouse in Delhi and then proceeded to have a lavish bash for Bollywood folks. As they complete 5 years of blissful marriage, Mira took to Instagram to share the same image and wrote alongside, "5 days to 5 years."
Ever since their marriage, the couple has been the talk of the town and keep on sharing lovable pictures on their social media. Not only this, but they have also made several public appearances together in various interviews, talk shows, and events and showed how the two are madly in love with each other.
Not only this, Mira keeps on treating everyone by sharing throwback photos from their wedding and also some from the 'Kabir Singh' actor's childhood that keep their fans hooked to their handles.
Talking about their marriage, Shahid once told Filmfare, "Marriage is like a book. Mira’s my biggest reality because we share our lives together. She got married so young, had two kids and had to figure out how to deal with that when she was just stepping out of being a kid herself. She must have had her dreams and desires but she pushed those aside. That’s a lot to deal with. Also, the fact that we have an age difference, we are 13 years apart. We need to understand how to bring up the kids together responsibly. We’re learning how to deal with things together. Sometimes we’re each other’s best friends. Sometimes we just don’t understand each other. It’s all happening simultaneously."
On one hand, where Shahid dedicates his success to his lady love, Mira on the other hand, has always been supportive of her husband and has motivated him for his ventures.
The good-looking couple now has two kids--daughter Misha and son Zain. On the work front, Shahid will next be seen in Gowtham Tinnanuri’s directorial Jersey wherein he will be essaying the role of a cricketer.
