Kaun Banega Crorepati 9 soon to go off air

Kaun Banega Crorepati topped the TRP charts for a long time. The show which started on 28th August 2017 has dominated the viewership ever since its inception. This season saw a new slant with a social initiative ‘Nayi Chaah Nayi Raah’. Every Friday, a person who has impacted the society in a positive way is invited to bring them to the front. Under this initiative, we saw many celebrities like Abhishek Bachchan, PV Sindhu, Gauri Sawant, Shilpa Shetty and also the women’s cricket team captain Mithali Raj. However, despite its popularity, the show is scheduled to go off air soon. According to reports, on 23rd October, KBC 9 will telecast its finale episode. 

Which shows will replace Kaun Banega Crorepati 9? 

After 23rd October, the 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm slot will be occupied by three new shows. According to SpotboyE, controversial show Pehredaar Piya Ki is coming back soon with a sequel. Along with this Zayed Khan’s new TV show ‘Haasil’ and ‘Ek Deewana Tha’ will replace KBC 9. 

Rishtey Likhenge Hum Naye is a sequel to Pehredaar Piya Ki, and will be telecasted on Sony TV at 9:00 pm, acquiring the prime time slot. In this show, Tejaswi Prakash and Rohit Sanchuti will be making a comeback on small screen. The show has been shot in Bikaner and its promo is being aired on television. 

At 9:30, Zayed Khan’s debut TV show Haasil will be aired on Sony TV. In this show, Khan will be seen as a business magnate Ranveer Raichand. Its first episode will be aired on 30th September. At 10 pm, new show Ek Deewana Tha will be aired, which revolves around a paranormal love story.
