Gautam became a household name by the portrayal of protagonist characters in series of popular TV shows including Baa Bahu Aur Baby, Lucky, Saraswatichandra and Maha Kumbh: Ek Rahasaya, Ek Kahani.
As the actor was always trying to keep his personal life and relationship under wraps, he exchanged rings with Pankhuri secretly as well.
According to the reports of TOI, both Gautam and Pankhuri exchanged rings during this Diwali. The reports further stated that the marriage can happen by next year.
Gautam, who won much accolades for his performance in the TV show Saraswatichandra, reportedly fell in love with Pankhuri on the sets of Suryaputra Karn. Interestingly, they met for the first time on the same TV show set.
In an interview Gautam said, “Yes, Pankhuri and I recently got engaged and I feel lucky to have found a life partner like her. We share the same wavelength and she has fit into my family perfectly.”
Although, the couple never accepted their relationship openly, but they keep sharing their cosy pictures on the online platform.
Talking about her relationship with Gautam, Pankhuri said, “We have taken the first step. The families have wholeheartedly welcomed our union. In Gautam, I have found the answer to all my dreams. I’m eagerly looking forward to the most important phase of my life. Our families will sit together and decide the date. It will be sometime next year.”
