New Delhi: Born on August 14, 1983 singer Sunidhi Chauhan is best known for her peppy and foot-tapping numbers. She has sung many such songs in Bollywood and has also recorded for Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Gujarati films and is credited with over 2000 songs. Sunidhi started singing when she was only four-years-old, until she was discovered by a TV anchor, Tabassum and was encouraged to shift base to Mumbai to pursue a career in singing. Ram Gopal Verma gave her the first big hit in her career, she sang the hit song, "Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi" from the movie Mast.
