The promotions of Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ have begun and the team is making sure to bag as much attention as possible. The lead actor of the show Ranbir Kapoor recently promoted the movie during the grand finale of ‘Dance+ season 2’ on Star Plus.
However, when it came to promoting ADHM on much popular reality show Bigg Boss 10, Ranbir gave a cold shoulder.
Bigg Boss 10 will be hosted by superstar Salman Khan, whom RK wanted to avoid for obvious reasons.
But since RK has parted ways with the ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ actress, it was speculated that Ranbir might promote ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ on Bigg Boss 10.
However, the actor has refuted the reports saying these were mere speculations and nothing such is happening.
On the other hand, Katrina Kaif continues to share a cordial relation with Salman. Khan has not just been her support system during difficult times but was seen promoting her movie ‘Fitoor’ and ‘ Baar Baar Dekho’. Unfortunately, both the movies tanked at the box office.
Ranbir’s denial, apparently, is also being linked up to the steamy scenes he had shot with Salman’s ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
While Ranbir-Aish’s sensuous scenes have set the screens on fire, it might be a little awkward for RK to face Salman after romancing two of his ex-flames.
Interestingly, this is not the first time that the ADHM actor has refused to go to Bigg Boss.
Earlier, during Bigg Boss 9, it was reported that the actor will promoting his 2015 release ‘Tamasha’ on the show. However, he dropped the plan at the last moment, and the lead actress of the movie Deepika Padukone had made an appearance on the show alone.
In fact, Kapoor also clarified his absence later saying it was due to his person reasons that he couldn’t make up to BB9. He further added that even the ‘Tamasha’ team were of an opinion that Deepika’s solo appearance on the Salman Khan’s show would be more beneficial for the movie.
While Bigg Boss 10 is set to go on air on October 16, let’s see if the makers of ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ decide to promote it on the Salman Khan show.
