When the Desi girl Priyanka Chopra met honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Berlin recently, there was negative buzz all around. Several people slammed the Baywatch actress for “showing off her legs” to the PM. Not only did the haters say that she wore a short dress but also complained of disrespectful posture.

While PeeCee shut her haters in the most epic way by posting a picture on her Instagram, Varun Dhawan recently came to the forefront to support the actress. The Badrinath Ki Dulhania actor said that there was no need to make social media trolling a national issue.

Varun attended a press meet yesterday and was asked about Priyanka Chopra’s “legs” controversy. To which he replied,“She is someone we all should be proud of in our country. She is making our country proud abroad and all this is very stupid. Social media trolling is not something that needs to become a national issue”
