Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey wrap Delhi schedule of Chhapaak with ‘Happily halfway done’ pictures

Deepika Padukone starrer Chhapaak has been in the news ever since the first poster of the movie got released.

Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey wrap Delhi schedule of Chhapaak with ‘Happily halfway done’ pictures

Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey who were busy shooting for their upcoming film Chhapaak in Delhi have called it a wrap. Today, director Meghna Giulzar shared wrap up pictures on social media where Deepika and Vikrant can be seen posing with the entire Chhapaak team.

Taking to Instagram director Meghna Gulzar shared the pictures with a caption that read, "Happily halfway done! Delhi schedule wrap for team #chhapaak".

For the film, Deepika will be seen with a disfigured face with the help of prosthetic makeup. Several pictures and videos have been leaked from the sets of Meghna Gulzar film.

Deepika Padukone is playing the role of an acid attack survivor, inspired by Laxmi Agarwal who runs an organisation Stop Acid Attacks. This is the first time Vikrant Massey and Deepika are coming together for a project. The actress has returned on film sets after a sabbatical of one year. She was keeping busy with her wedding preparations with husband Ranveer Singh

Also, Chhapaak marks Deepika's production debut in Bollywood. She is co-producing the film with Meghna Gulzar. The film will release in January next year. 

Deepika Padukone was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat. The film was a great success and made her achieve new heights of success. Her marriage with beau Ranveer Singh created a lot of buzz on our timelines.
