New Delhi: The end of five months of 2016, have not brought much of good news for Bollywood. Despite big stars and bigger banners, only one movie was able to breach the Rs 100 crore mark- Airlift. Even the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and Amitabh Bachchan, failed to rake in mullahs for the industry.

With the onset of the sixth month, trade experts have high hopes from tomorrow’s release, ‘Housefull 3’.

Here are five reasons why the movie will perform well and even surpass the records set by the earlier ones:

1. Big release: ‘Housefull 3’ is the first big comedy of this year. The film has been promoted aggressively across all platforms, increasing its outreach to the audience.

2. Number of screens: As a part of Eros’ master plan, the film will be releasing on more than 3500 screens across India. This makes it the first film to get such a wide release, surpassing even SRK’s ‘Fan’ which settled for less than 3,500 screens. Plus releasing the film right in the middle of summer vacations, will prove beneficial for it.

3. Akshay- Sajid reunion: The third instalment of the Housefull franchisee is also about the long association of actor Akshay Kumar and producer Sajid Nadiadwala. Since their first outing in 1993 with ‘Waqt Humara Hai’, Akshay and Sajid have joined hands seven times, delivering hits six times. The last two films, ‘Housefull 2’ and ‘Baby’ earned Rs 100 crores and Rs 50 crores, at the box office respectively.

4. Housefull brand and ensemble cast: Though critics have never been much pleased with the content of the Housefull franchisee, the makers don’t care about it much. In a conversation to a leading daily, director duo Sajid  and Farhad Samji said that “With due respect to everyone, critics are very important to us. Whether they reject or appreciate our films, their verdict is important to us. But if the janta is happy, then that is the ultimate high. We make films for public and not for the critics. The box office is very important for films like Housefull because they are commercial and big budget films.” The ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Lisa Haydon, Nargis Fakhri, Jacqueline Fernandez, Boman Irani and Jackie Shroff, are also sure to row the film’s boat to the other side of success.

5. No clash: ‘Housefull 3’ luckily has the whole field to itself this Friday, No highly anticipated movies of Bollywood will release tomorrow. In the next Friday June 10, the film will face little to no competition from films Cabaret, Do Lafzon Ki Kahani and TE3N; adding more reasons why this movie might just become the one which will turn tables for box office.
