Outgoing Army Chief Gen Bipin Rawat, who will take over as India's first Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), on Tuesday expressed hope that the Army will rise to greater heights under the new chief Lt Gen M M Naravane. General Bipin Rawat was accorded a farewell Guard of Honour Tuesday morning.
