OnePlus 6T launched in India for Rs 37999: Features an in-display fingerprint sensor and 3,700mAh battery
OnePlus launches the OnePlus 6T in India. The smartphone was launched at the KDJW Stadium in New Delhi. It comes with an under-the-display fingerprint sensor that unlocks the device in 0.34 seconds and sports a 6.4-inch display with waterdrop notch. The device will be going on sale in India on 2nd November.

OnePlus 6T specification
The OnePlus 6T is an upgrade over the OnePlus 6, but both the phones share almost the same design and a similar hardware. It comes with a 6.41 inches Optic AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The display is backed with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, as well as support for sRGB (100.63 percent) and DCI-P3 colour gamuts. Powering the OnePlus 6T is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, backed with Adreno 630, in three configurations of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage along with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
For the camera, the OnePlus 6T comes with the same dual-camera setup that is there on OnePlus 6 that includes a 16 Megapixel Sony IMX519 sensor with F1.7 lens and a 20 Megapixel Sony IMX376K sensor with F1.7 lens, but a smaller sensor that features excellent low light images and better portrait shots. On the front is the 16MP Sony IMX371 sensor camera with f/2.0. The front camera gets supports for EIS and records videos in 1080p at 30fps and 720p video at 30fps. It also gets Face Unlock feature that unlocks the screen in 0.4 seconds.
It comes with dual-SIM (Nano) functionality and runs on Android 9.0 Pie and houses a 3,700mAh battery with fast charge support that can deliver a full day power with just 30 minutes of charging. Other connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802ac (dual-band, 2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS,NFC and a USB Type-C (v2.0) port. It comes with a USB Type-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter is bundled in the box and the company claims the presence of Dirac HD Sound and Dirac Power Sound support.

The OnePlus 6T price in India is Rs 37999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, Rs 41999 for 8GB RAM+128 GB storage and Rs 45999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant.
