Apple announces that the Microsoft Office 365 will now be available on Mac App Store. With this Apple users will be able to download the popular Microsoft Windows system that includes signature apps such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Apple last year had first announced the debut of the Microsoft Office in Apple Store during the Worldwide Developers Conference last year, where Apple had first promised that the Microsoft Office package would be available by the end of 2018.
According to Apple, users will be able to purchase a subscription for Office 365 from the apps that is specifically designed to support features that are unique to the Mac experience.
Phil Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of worldwide marketing said, "Apple and Microsoft have worked together to bring great Office productivity to Mac users from the very beginning. Now, with Office 365 on the Mac App Store, it's easier than ever to get the latest and best version of Office 365 for Mac, iPad and iPhone".
Microsoft corporate vice president Jared Spataro said that his company has been working closely with Apple to offer Mac users with the best experience designed for the Mac system.
