This 21 years old left arm fast bowler is potentially a very special commodity. He was called up to their nets before the Ashes, but he is still so raw Essex rarely trusted him in their team last summer. Mills need to be played regularly this summer otherwise Essex will lose him and England will be kept waiting for that left-arm quick who can bowl like Mitchell Johnson.
