New Delhi: Shikhar Dhawan is right now riding a speed train to stardom. In the final match of the India West Indies ODI series played at Kanpur on Wednesday, Shikhar scored 119 runs and his 5th ODI century of year 2013.
Shikhar Dhawan becomes the first batsman in 2013 for doing so. Shikhar made one more record in the match. He also became the first player from any side to smash 20 fours in an ODI match in 2013.
Shikhar Dhawan was inducted in Indian ODI squad against Australia in October 2010 at Visakhapatnam but unable to score any run in his debut match. He was bowled out by Aussie bowler Clint McKay.
