Taylor followed his unbeaten 112 in the 4th match at Hamilton with an innings of 102, sharing a 152-run third-wicket partnership with Williamson who made 88. Williamson became only the second player after Pakistan's Yasir Hameed to score half centuries in each innings of a five-match one-day series. Williamson scored 361 runs in the series, surpassing by 10 runs Nathan Astle's record aggregate for New Zealand in a five-match series.
