Mohammad Nabi smacked the joint-fastest half-century in the Asia Cup history. When Afhganistan were in a bit of bother against Sri Lanka, the veteran all-rounder rose to the occasion and reached the milestone in just 20 deliveries. Courtesy of his knock, Afghanistan posted 169 runs in the match, but couldn't beat the Lankan Lions.

India T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav stands third on the list of fastest half-centuries in the Asia Cup, having reached the mark in just 22 balls. The flamboyant batter achieved the milestone during the 2022 edition of the continental tournament. Notably, Suryakumar made an unbeaten 68 runs off 26 balls, as India posted 192 runs in the first innings. The Men in Blue won the match by 40 runs.
