Tight security for YSRCP public meet on Oct 26
Hyderabad: With pro-Telangana student groups threatening to disrupt the proposed YSR Congress Party's public meeting here on October 26 in support of united Andhra Pradesh, city police today said they had made necessary security arrangements
Earlier, the city police granted conditional permission for the meeting at L B Stadium which is to be organised between 2 PM and 5 PM.
The organisers were directed that there should not be any provocative speeches.
The Osmania University-Telangana Students Joint Action Committee had threatened of violence in the surrounding areas of L B Stadium if the government allowed the party to hold the meeting.
