Nitish unveils plans for world's largest Ram temple
Patna: After Narendra Modi announced his pet Sardar Patel statue project, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar couldn't resist showing off his grand plans.Even costlier that India's Mars Orbiter project, the plans for the Virat Ramayan
Designed by Ahmedabad's temple specialist architect Piyush Sompura, the Virat Mandir will stand 405 ft high while the Angor Wat stands only 215 ft tall.
Over 20,000 people can assembled there at a time, and the area of the temple would be spread in 190 acres. The temple will have 13 spires.
Nitish unveiled the model of this magnificent structure in the presence of Dwarka Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopananda Saraswati.
