Metro train services to Dwarka disrupted again
New Delhi: For the second time in a week, Metro services on Noida City Centre to Dwarka route were today disrupted for over an hour due to track circuit drop problem. “Due to track circuit
“The train was crowded and the air conditioners stopped working but the doors remained open. Usually it would take about 20 minutes to reach my workplace, but today it took an hour,” a regular traveller, Lamat who was on her way to work said.
Though regular announcements were made in the trains, the delay was very unnerving for passengers who were on their way to the railway station and airport.
The Line 3 Dwarka Sec-21 to Noida City Centre/Vaishali recorded the highest passenger footfall of over 9.8 lakh in August this year, but the route has been marred with technical problems ever now and then.
