Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh High Court today approved bail for two RSS members Devendra Gupta and Lokendra Sharma, accused in Mecca Masjid blast case. Gupta and Sharma were arrested by National Investigation Agency.
As many as nine people were killed and over 60 injured in a powerful bomb blast during Friday prayers at Mecca Masjid here on May 18, 2007.
The other accused presently in judicial custody are Swami Aseemanand, Bharat Mohanlal Rateshwar alias Bharat Bhai, Tejaram and Rajendra Choudhary alias Samundar.
Two other accused Sandeep V. Dange and Ramchandra Kalsangra are still absconding.
