Judicial custody of three aides of Tunda extended
New Delhi: Three aides of Lashkar-e-Taiba bomb expert, Abdul Karim Tunda, have been sent to judicial custody till October 28 in connection with helping in infiltration of Pakistani and Bangladeshi terrorists in 1997.The additional session
The three accused, which were lodged in separate jails in West Bengal in connection with cases lodged there, were earlier produced before the court here after issuance of production warrants against them.
Tunda is one of the 20 terrorists whom India had asked Pakistan government to hand over after the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
He is suspected to be involved in 40 bombings in India.
