4. Government helpline number to be launched for nursery admissions.
5. Providing free supply of 666 litres of water everyday for each Delhi household.
6. The accounts of three major power distribution companies will be audited by CAG.
7. 50% tariff cut for usage upto 400 units of electricity in Delhi.
8. VAT assessment date has been rescheduled from 31st December 2013 to 31st January 2014.
