A massive fire erupted at Cinevista studio in Kanjurmarg Area of Mumbai on Saturday. If reports are to be believed, the fire started on the sets of popular show Bepaanah, where actors were shooting. Soon after this, fire spread and engulfed Haasil’s sets. Actors Sehban Azim and Harshad Chopda were shooting on the sets of Bepaanah when the accident happened and reports also suggest that Haasil actor Vatsal Sheth was also there.
There are no casualties reported. The cast and crew were evacuated from the studio. It is being said that the fire started around 8 pm and within 25 minutes, fire brigade and ambulances reached the studio and the situation was under control.
When this incident happened, 150 people were reportedly present in the studio. The reason of the accident is yet to be known.
Few months ago, fire also broke out in RK Studio and the set of Super Dance 3 was gutted. It seems that these incidents have become more frequent on the sets of TV shows.
