Saath Nibhaana Sathiya actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee is one of few TV celebrities who aren’t very fond of Shilpa Shinde. So far, majority of the celebrities have rooted for Shilpa Shinde and their producer friend Vikas Gupta. But Devoleena, on the contrary, called Shilpa Shinde ‘fake’ and Vikas Gupta ‘manipulative’. The actress is currently on a break after her show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya went off air. She is also an avid viewer of Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss show.
Speaking about Angoori Bhabhi to News18.com, she said, “I don't know why but I find Shilpa Shinde to be completely fake. She is pretending from day one. A person can be bad to some and good to some, but Shilpa has ruined her equation with everyone including Vikas, Arshi and Aakash. I can't judge her to some extent because I think she isn't like that in reality."
The actress was also approached to take part in Bigg Boss 11, but she refused saying that she would be more happy taking part in a dance reality show than appearing in Bigg Boss.
Earlier, Devoleena in her tweets, called Hina Khan ‘classy’ and Shilpa Shinde ‘fake’ She wrote: ClassyHina, CalmestHiten, ManipulativeVikas, FakeShilpa, CreepyArshi, MadAkash...Uuffff #BigBoss11 @ColorsTV."(sic).
Devoleena Bhattacharjee’s recent remark of Shilpa Shinde is breaking a pattern. Most of the celebrities are taking sides with Shilpa Shinde while lashing out Hina Khan left, right and centre. Karan Patel, who plays Raman Bhalla in Ekta Kapoor’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, also slammed Hina Khan for being fake, liar and manipulative. Kishwer Merchant and husband Suyyash Rai have also been very vocal about their favourites in the show, and Hina Khan is definitely not one among them.
Geeta Phogat and Kushal Tandon have also spoken in support of Hina Khan. Recently, Kushal backed Hina Khan for her ‘tap water’ remarks on Shilpa Shinde. She was angry at Shilpa for using tap water for cooking.
