Here’s why Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar didn’t show up at Priyanka-Nick’s reception
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s Mumbai wedding reception was no short of a fairytale. Many big celebrities including Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan and others attended the big night. However, it was the absence of few that raised some questions later. Many biggies including Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan Khan and Akshay Kumar didn’t show up at Priyanka-Nick’s wedding reception. According to a Times Now report, they actually have a reason for not showing up.
Shah Rukh Khan hosted the Zero special screening at his house Mannat for his friends at the same time when Priyanka-Nick’s reception was taking place. In fact, Anushka Sharma who attended the party, went straight to SRK’s residence to be a part of the special screening. Shah Rukh and Gauri were busy receiving guests for the screening.

On the other hand, Aamir Khan has been stationed in China to prepare for the release of his film Thugs of Hindostan. The actor who enjoys immense fan following in China, is releasing his latest film in the country. He’s been doing the promotions in the neighbouring country for the release.
Akshay Kumar is busy having some family time with son Aarav Kumar who is in the city for his winter vacation. Probably, the superstar might have cancelled all his plans to be with his son.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan were in Cape Town to celebrate son Taimur Ali Khan’s second birthday, hence they couldn’t attend.
Reports are doing rounds that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas will host fourth and final reception in Los Angeles in January end for their Hollywood friend including Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle.
