Sara Ali Khan's parents- Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan are separated but the actress is close to both of them. Though she lives with her mom and brother, Sara makes sure to be present at all the special moments of the Pataudi family. A few months back, Sara along with dad Saif Ali Khan appeared on show Koffee With Karan 6 where they made several interesting revelations. Sara's outspoken nature instantly made her an internet sensation. Now, the makers of the show have released an unseen clip in which Sara and Saif talk about the last time when they had dinner together along with Amrita Singh.
When KJo asks Saif about the last time when he met Amrita, Saif replied, ''In Columbia when we went to drop Sara to the University. We had dinner together in New York''. ''It was nice. I was going to college and mom had come to drop me and Abba was also there. Actually, my father and I were having dinner and then we decided to call my mum, and she came,'' added Sara.
The Kedarnath actress further went on to say they had a good time and she really cherishes those moments. ''We had a good time. And then they set me up in college together, I remember. And it was actually quite a sight because you were seeing, you know, Amrita Singh, and for those of you who know her, it's a funny sight, like, making my bed and Saif Ali Khan putting the bulb in the lamp. It was really nice and I really cherish that,'' she said.
For unversed, Saif and Amrita, parents to two children got divorced in 2004. Later, Saif married Kareena Kapoor Khan in 2012 and the couple welcomed their first child Taimur in 2016.
On a related note, Sara Ali Khan, who was last seen in Simmba is currently shooting for Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal 2 in Delhi. In pictures going viral on social media from the sets, Sara and Kartik Aaryan look lost in thoughts. There are also rumours that Sara will star opposite Varun Dhawan in Coolie No. 1 remake.
