Priyanka Chopra gets emotional, thanks mom for preserving every ‘victory and heartbreak’ 

Global icon Priyanka Chopra is currently in India to shoot for her upcoming film The Sky is Pink. On Wednesday, she was spending a night at her mother and film producer Madhu Chopra’s house in Mumbai. She gets nostalgic and pens down an emotional tweet for her mother who has preserved each of her heartbreak and victory at her house. Late night on Wednesday, she wrote, “Emotional night today at my moms house. Full of memories.. reminders of every victory and heartbreak..She’s kept everything. It’s like a museum of our family’s life. Love you MA. Thank you for preserving us.”

The Sky is Pink actress was certainly getting nostalgic last night. She shared a throwback picture of her late father Dr Ashok Chopra on her Instagram and wrote, “My daddy, my inspiration. I miss you tonight dad.”

Ashok Chopra passed away in 2013, after battling cancer. PeeCee has often expressed that she misses her father, and how his death has been a blow for her.

On the work front, the 36-year-old will next be seen in Hollywood movie 'Isn't it Romantic'; while in Bollywood, she will play a major role in Shonali Bose's directorial debut 'The Sky is Pink'. However, her film with Chris Pratt titled Cowboy Ninja Viking has been delayed indefinitely.

On Wednesday, she started working on her upcoming Shonali Bose film The Sky is Pink. She shared pictures and videos from the sets on her Instagram account. 

The 'Mary Kom' actor recently walked out of Salman Khan starrer `Bharat' amid the news of her engagement with American singer Nick Jonas. Talking about her exit, Salman Khan told media, “Whatever be the reason... if she doesn't want to work with Salman Khan, it's okay.”
