Akshay Kumar’s mini-reunion with Anupam Kher and Gulshan Grover
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar had a mini-reunion with his "Meri Biwi Ka Jawaab Nahin" co-stars Anupam Kher and Gulshan Grover on Tuesday. After they met, Akshay Kumar took to his social media to write a post for Anupam and Gulshan, calling them "beautiful people". He went down the memory lane and remembered how he started his career with the two talented actors. Sharing a fun picture with Anupam Kher and Gulshan Grover, he wrote, "I started my career with these two and it's amazing to still be working with them...we've laughed, punched each other, grown up and grown together. Beautiful people who I call friends."
Later, Anupam Kher retweeted Akshay's post on Twitter, and said he felt the same. He wrote, "Our journey together has been great. I am proud of you and the dizzy heights you have touched. Completely with your hard work and sincerity. Always a joy to meet you. Love and prayers always." Anupam Kher also came forward to extend his support to Akshay Kumar during the row over his citizenship. The actors also uploaded a photograph in which they are seen sharing smiles with each other, leaving fans curious about the reason behind their meet.
On the related note, Akshay Kumar has been ruling the headlines for his upcoming film Sooryavanshi. The makers of the film first gave the glimpse in December 2018 alongside Ranveer Singh’s Simmba. While it is known that Katrina Kaif will be playing Akshay's wife and Neena Gupta the mother, the main antagonist of the film has been announced recently. Abhimanyu Singh is all set to play the baddie in Sooryavanshi as the main antagonist opposite Akshay Kumar in this Rohit Shetty directed movie.
The film, which is a fourth installment in the Rohit Shetty-directed popular cop film series-- Singham and Simmba-- will release on Eid 2020.
