New Delhi: If there is one thing that ex lovers and co-actors Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor are proud of, it is the amazing chemistry they share both on and off screen. The two will be pairing up again for the third time in Imtiaz Ali directorial ‘Tamasha' which is due release on 27th November.
Amidst all the promotions which is keeping the ex couple busy, Deepika Padukone just said something which will definitely shock you. Deepika told a news portal “Ranbir can't get married till I allow it…” in a convivial mood.
Ranbir was smart enough to jump in quickly and before Deepika could complete her sentence he said; “It's a very big question about my life. I completely believe in the institution of marriage. When I will get married, I will let the whole world know about it.”
The Kapoor scion who is dating actress Katrina Kaif since a really long time now maybe understood that this statement by Deepika will stir new controversies and saved the day for himself.
No one can deny that Ranbir and Deepika share an amiable bond which is why the latter thought it would be best for the former to not get hitched without her permission.

The two debuted in Bollywood on the same day. Ranbir's first movie ‘Saawariya' clashed with Deepika's first release ‘Om Shanti Om'. Speaking about how time has flown by Ranbir said, “It feels just like yesterday. I saw Deepika outside ‘Saawariya' sets walking across to ‘Om Shanti Om' set. Eight years have passed and we have no idea. We have worked hard and reached the point we have desired for in our lives.”
On the other hand, Deepika seems to love the work she is doing especially when Ranbir is around.
Speaking about their journey she said, “It's a very unique situation. We have heard about actors debuting in the same year but actors debuting on the same day is something which does not happen normally. I hope he never changes. But it has been an amazing journey.”
