IIFA 2014: Bollywood celebs look stunning, walk the green carpet (see pics)

IIFA 2014 consummated with a great bang and the whole star-studded experience came to its ‘curtailed-down' moment. Amid many performances and celebs gazing arena, the event was a super glamorous with biggies of Bollywood spilling their enthralling charm on the green carpet of IIFA 2014. The International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) held in Tampa Bay, Florida, US this time and while many b'town biggies arrived looking their best at the do, the event in itself witnessed a great pomp and show. Arriving in dazzling gowns and outfits, our very own Bollywood divas sizzled at the main event of IIFA 2014 and their enchanted beauty spoke volumes for them. Dressed up in vibrant hues to simply gorgeous ensemble, the celebs made sure all eyes remained on them. Along with the spectacular on stage performances, IIFA this year rejoiced the splash of Bollywood glitteratis with almost the entire film industry marking its presence at the grand event. Priyanka Chopra did justice with her ever gorgeous image at the green carpet.She chose a Monique Lhuillier nude gown and looked marvelous donning that sequined outfit. Her choice of smokey eyes and the perfect manicure were added much grace to her appearance. A brilliant look after a few fussy appearances! Sonakshi Sinha carried an Amit Aggarwal navy blue-black sequined gown. Well, we are neither satisfied with the choice of the outfit nor with her make up and styling.The gown in itself is giving a messy touch to the look and her hair are too looking not-that-shapely-done. Not impressed! The raving actress of Bollywood these days, Deepika Padukone wore Zuhair Murad dress at the grand IIFA event.While we are not a fan of the dress since we have seen similar sighting over Deepika in the similar shades and the dress itself is not something that the lady hasn't carried earlier.After such a wonderful appearance in Sabyasachi the last day, this outfit doesn't get a good approval by us.though we liked her updo and those berry lips are just awesome, we would have loved Deepika had she don something not-so-usual. Actress Kalki Koechlin wore an aesthetic grey gown and what a wonder she created there. This should be Kalki's one the most stupendously beautiful appearance. Everything from the dress to her make-up, styling and hair do looked perfectly adorable. She looked charming enough. Actress Yami Gautam gave us a fairly instinct in this outfit. Simple pretty we would say! Yami chose to play safe with her hairdo and make up, everything appeared so charming and lovely. We liked her. Now that's something we can expect only from a diva like Kareena Kapoor Khan. Carrying such a plunging neckline dress with such grace and oomph, Kareena rolled us over her 'begum' character as she arrived with her hubby Saif Ali Khan. The couple no doubt are Bollywood's version of Brangelina! Both Kareena and Saif rocked in their avatars. Ranveer Singh loooked dapper wearing an away-from-league suit. We must say only Ranveer can justify such experiments. Had it been carried by someone else, we would have simply requested the gentleman not to pose ever on any red or green carpet further. Ever graceful Sridevi killed every bit of glamour with this Oscar De La Renta gown. A complete black sequined gown accompanied with a simple hair do and minimal make up did wonders for the diva here.Amazingly beautiful sight with the family! Isn't it? Madhuri Dixit Nene once again did apt with her Bollywood diva image. Though the gown had some fit issues, we liked that she carried it well and looked smashing at the green carpet. That sparkling smile of her can never let her go out-of-the-bay at any public appearance. As simply dazzling as she looks, Dia Mirza seems to be the only Bollywood actress who looks ravishing even if she doesn't don any make-up or high-end apparel. Here too, the diva spread marvel with her sophisticated 'pink' look. We are fan! Bollywood hottie, Bipasha Basu looked every inch sizzling at the green carpet of the award night.While black has always remained the most apt colour for the lady, this time too a perfect toned back on display with such well created Rocky S gown added oomph to her appearance.And a must to mention that we are strictly in love with her hairdos! Now that's something you should never go specially when you are representing Bollywood internationally. Richa Chadha wore this sheer busy creation at the green carpet and apart from the hair do, everything including the dress fell flat on our style radar. Vani Kapoor looked scorching hot at the IIFA main event and no wonder she carried this risque dress very well. The completely sequined dress with that sexy revealing back line and that dangerous thigh high slit, Vani is the sure emerging diva of Bollywood. Malaika Arora Khan surely knows how to spill magic with her perfect toned frame. This body-fit creation was an apt choice for her and she looked sassy donning the outfit.Kainaat Arora flaunt gold at the green carpet. She looked nice. Aditi Rao Haydri wore this geometrical gown at the IIFA main event. She appeared good except that she could have gone for some hair do. It was a red geometrical gown with golden outshine for Gauhar Khan at the green carpet of IIFA 2014. The 'Big Boss 7' winner looked mesmerizing in her appearance and compelled people to turn their head again and again.Gauhar gave a tough competition to many Bollywood biggies and grabbed all the attention at the event. Wearing Vikram Phadnis white and gold embellished saree Nimrat Kaur walked the green carpet at IIFA Tampa Bay. The actress completed the look with a heavy maang-tikka but the red lipstick could have been avoided. Siddharth Malhotra debuted this year at IIFA but we would like to say that neither his look nor his pose expresses his excitement which generally stars show at their first IIFA.Not at all impressive Siddharth!Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra posing with his wife. The Greek God of Bollywood looked dynamic with his ever so charming personality. Retiesh Deshmukh looked handsome in his black suit and bowtie.
