Mumbai, Oct 16: Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor finally tied the nuptial knot today after a love relationship lasting five years . A throwback to their love story that blossomed onscreen and off-screen so far.This is Saif Ali Khan's second marriage. He got married to actress Amrita Singh in 1991, but the couple divorced in 2004. They have two kids , Ibrahim and Sara.While shooting for 'Jab We Met', Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor parted their ways too.Kareena had another project with Saif in Yash Raj's “Tashan”. This was the platform where the two actors came closer to each other.Thoug the film turned out to be a disaster at the box office, it however worked wonders for their relationship.Saif and Kareena revealed their relationship in public in 2007. They were spotted together for the first time at the Lakme Fashion Week 2007 finale.In 2009, Saif Ali Khan admitted for the first time that he wanted to marry Kareena Kapoor and the tattoo engraved in his hand revealed the level of his commitment.After 'Tashan', Saif and Kareena did two films together. 'Kurbaan', released in 2009. It did average business at the box office. They were last seen together in the spy thriller made by Saif's own Illuminati productions, 'Agent Vinod'. This film also turned out to be an average grosser.The onscreen chemistry betweent the couple in Tashan, Kurbaan and Agent Vinod can only be seen to be believed.With the couple now officially tying the knot, let's wish this beautiful pair lasts forever.
