New Delhi: Anushka Sharma is on her toes these days with three back to back flicks this year. Recently we all came across her glamorous look in Anurag Kashyap's ‘Bombay Velvet' where she looked adorable enough to slay all her fan but in her newly out pic from her maiden production ‘NH10', Anushka is entirely different from all her previous appearances.

The actress could be seen with blood sheds around her face, which carries a troublesome expression somewhat indicating flick's gritty and gruesome theme.

Well, this is just a glimpse and if a leading daily is to be believed then the actress unlike Bollywood's earlier violent dramas, will take the fierce themes to altogether a new level with her look, which will almost be unrecognizable.

Thanks to Romy, a skilled French make-up artist, who has worked in many European film and theatre projects, Anushka's look will be shockingly terrifying too in many scenes.

In an interview to a leading daily, the director Navdeep Singh was quoted as saying, "It's a gritty, gory film but thanks to Romy, when you see Anushka lying in a pool of blood, her skin peeling off, you will never guess the amount of prosthetics involved. It's a new-age thriller and the prosthetics helped to break stereotypes. Anushka is a star but in this film we did not want to glamourise her at all."

Anushka seems to be keen on experimenting with her appearances in few of her projects. While we told you how she is going to look like in NH10 and Bombay Velvet, her third flick this year, the Zoya Akhtar's directorial ‘Dil Dhadakne Do' will have her as a dancer.

Last year, the actress played a journalist in blockbuster PK. Surely Sharma doesn't want to be typecast at such time when Indian cinema is ending the stereotypes and all actors are proving their versatility by accepting different roles.

Well, we wish her all the best!
