One of the finest stars of Bollywood Paresh Rawal after Rajkumar Hirani’s film Sanju will be seen essaying another prominent character in his upcoming project. Reports suggest that he will portray Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s role in the latter’s biopic.
Reports further stated that the actor said that they are locking the script for the film. He said that the shooting of the film will commence in September or October. The Hera Pheri actor said that the role is quite challenging. As per the reports Rawal is also producing the biopic on Modi which yet to be titled.
Meanwhile, he will also be seen in Sanjay Dutt biopic titled Sanju which is helmed by Rajkumar Hirani. Talking about his character in Sanju he said, ‘’It is a father-son story. It is about a father's trauma, his wife is ill, his son is into drugs, he has to take care of his political career and has to get his two daughters married. Also, he had to make sure to not let the family name get affected as both Dutt sahab and Nargisji had done a lot for the country for years and now their son was being called a terrorist. He was heart-broken but he chose to fight. He knew he (son) can make mistakes but he is not a terrorist."
Sanju is slated to release on June 29.
