Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor starrer Ayan Mukherji’s directorial venture Brahmastra has been in news ever since it’s inception. Interestingly, the megastar Amitabh begun Brahmastra shoot by sharing few hugs with the leading stars Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
‘’It begins tomorrow 'Brahmastra' and the prep started today .. Ranbir, Alia and moi under the baton of Ayaan ..,’ wrote Amitabh sharing few pics with Alia, Ranbir and Ayan yesterday on his Twitter handle.
In his pics, Amitabh can be seen giving warm hug to Alia, and Ranbir who are essaying the lead characters in his film. Another pic which Amitabh shared with the film director Ayan, he can be seen cutting a cake before commencing the shoot of the film.
Earlier sharing a selfie with Ranbir, Alia and Ayan, the megastar wrote, “We prep for 'Brahmastra'. Ayan , Ranbir , Alia all except moi. I propagate brushing teeth," Amitabh captioned the image.
Meanwhile, Alia took to her Instagram stories, where the trio is sitting with Ayan. "When you're day begins with prep with Amitabh Bachchan," she captioned the image.
The cine icon, 75, also wrote on his blog about starting the prep for the next schedule.
"But before that, there is that small matter of ‘Brahmastra', the next film on line starting in a couple... and the look and feel tests and the introduction to texts of the script, and the prep for the readings among the three of us -- Alia, Ranbir and Ayan...," he wrote.
This will be the first time that Amitabh, Ranbir and Alia will be joining hands for a project. The trilogy's first part will release on Independence Day, August 15, 2019.
