APSET 2024 results: The Andhra University Visakhapatnam today released the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test, AP SET 2024 Results. Students who appeared in the said exam can download their results from the official website, apset.net.in. This year, the exam was conducted on April 28 across the state. As per data, a total of 30,448 candidates have appeared for the examination.

The board has released the cut-off scores, merit list, scorecards, and final answer keys along with the results. Candidates can download their results using their hall ticket number, date of birth, and other details on the login page. The candidates can follow the easy steps given below to download their scorecards.

  • Visit the official website, apset.net.in
  • Click on 'APSET 2024 results'
  • Enter your hall ticket number, date of birth, and other details
  • APSET 2024 results will appear on the screen
  • Download and save APSET 2024 results for future reference

The provisional answer keys for the same were released on April 28 for paper 1 and paper 2. The candidates had to pay an amount of Rs. 200  per answer key challenged, as a processing fee to raise objections. Based on the representation received from the candidates, the final answer keys and results have been announced.

What is AP SET?

Andhra University, Visakhapatnam conducts Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) on behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professors or Lecturers in the colleges and universities of the state. The exam is conducted in 30 subjects as approved by UGC New Delhi. The candidates have to secure at least 40% aggregate marks (two papers put together) for candidates belonging to the General category and at least 35% aggregate marks (two papers put together) for candidates belonging to reserved categories will be declared qualified for step-1 stage for Eligibility for Assistant Professor/Lecturer.
