Bihar Election 2020: What voters want from a new government?

Polling underway in Bihar amid tight security, nearly 35 per cent turnout till 1 pm. A total of 78 seats are going to polls in the third and final phase on Saturday. About 2.34 crore voters will decide the fates of 1204 candidates.
