Air India's Phuket-Delhi flight AI2379 dropped around 300 feet during severe turbulence on August 4, injuring 17 people. The Airbus A320 reportedly faced autopilot and other technical glitches. AAIB is probing the incident, with Airbus and BEA assisting.
