At least 10 people injured after two trains collide at Kacheguda Railway Station in Hyderabad on Monday morning. According to South Central Railway officials, one was an Intercity Express train while the other was an MMTS train.
However, it was not clear how or why the two trains ended up travelling on the same track. The commuters had a close shave as drivers managed to prevent an accident just in time.
Fire broke out in two coaches of the train at 7:43 am and both have been isolated, said Northern Railway Spokesperson Deepak Kumar.
