Charanjit Singh Channi, a three-time MLA from Rupnagar's Chamkaur Sahib, on Monday took oath as the Chief Minister of Punjab. Governor Banwarilal Purohit administered the oath of office and secrecy at the Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh.
