Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 7 in India today that was launched at an event in New Delhi. The phone comes with P2i nano-coating that protects it from water splashes and gets a 12MP+2MP rear camera sensors. It gets great specs and comes with the new Aura design, just like the Redmi Note 7 pro.

Similar to the Redmi Note 7 pro, the Redmi Note 7 comes with a 6.3-inch full-HD+ LTPS display that has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a screen resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. The screen comes protected Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and comes powered by the Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor with 14nm FinFET architecture. The phone will be available in two configurations of 3GB RAM+32GB storage and 4GB RAM+64GB storage. It runs on MIUI 10 on top of Android Pie and gets an IR sensor as well.
For cameras, the Redmi Note 7 comes with a 12 Megapixel rear primary camera along with a secondary 2 Megapixel depth sensor camera with LED flash. Towards the front is a single camera that includes a 13 Megapixel AI camera placed inside the waterdrop notch with AI features. The Redmi Note 7 too houses a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support with 10W adapter. The phone comes with gradient colours that include Sapphire blue, Ruby red and Onyx black.

The Redmi Note 7 price in India is Rs 9,999 for the 3GB RAM+32GB storage version and Rs 11,999 for the 4GB RAM+64GB storage. The first sale of Redmi Note 7 will start on 6th March 12 noon via Mi.com and Flipkart.
