Xiaomi's Redmi has now launched the entry-level Redmi Go in the 16GB internal storage variant. The company had teased the new variant last week that was initially launched in just am 8GB storage variant. As far as the design and specs are concerned, everything remains the same except the internal storage.

To recall the phone specifications, the Xiaomi Redmi Go comes with a 5-inch (1280 x 720pixels) HD 16:9 display and is powered by the 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 Mobile Platform with Adreno 308 GPU. It gets 1GB RAM and is available in two storage configurations of 8GB and 16GB that can be expanded to 128GB using a microSD card.
The phone gets Dual SIM and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo Go Edition). It gets an 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and f/2.0 aperture along with a 5 Megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. It gets a 3.5mm audio jack and measures 140.4x 70.1 x 8.35mm in terms of dimensions and gets some connectivity options that include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. It also houses a 3000mAh battery and is available in two colour options of Blue and Black.
The Redmi Go is priced at Rs 4,799 for the 16GB storage variant and can be bought via Mi.com, Mi Home Stores and Flipkart.
