He gave India TV vital informations of the T20 world cup game between England and Australia.

He is a Premiere panel Umpire of Sri lanka. Sagara Gallage, another Sri Lankan Premiere panel umpire suggested his name to us.

Maurice is doing Umpiring for the past 13-years and he is in the Premiere panel of Umpires for Sri Lanka for the last 7-years.

He was the third Umpire in T-20 World cup warm up match between Australia and England played on 17 September.

He has provided us with the Pitch information, Toss Information and Playing eleven of England team. For this favour he demanded 50,000 Rupees from us.

He has officiated many T-20 matches also. He agreed to give decisions in favour of our players on the field in order to help them to perform well in the matches.

He agreed to receive black money for the assignment. He also revealed that the Sri Lankan Board was being charged for being biased in selecting their top umpires.
